Rimi Baltic is looking for an Expansion and Property Manager to drive the strategic development and optimization of our store network and property portfolio in Lithuania. In this role, You will contribute to the company's long-term growth by identifying and securing high-potential store locations, conducting market and feasibility analyses, leading property-related negotiations, and supporting the development and management of leased and owned assets throughout their lifecycle.

If You have:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate or a related field;

• At least 3 years of experience in real estate expansion, property development, site acquisition or similar projects;

• Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills;

• Experience in project management and financial feasibility analysis;

• Strong analytical capabilities and commercial mindset;

• Ability to evaluate business opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations;

• Good persuasion and stakeholder management skills;

• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment; Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken;

• Valid Category B driving licence.

We will entrust You:

• Identifying and evaluating potential locations for new store development and expansion opportunities;

• Conducting retail and real estate market analysis to support expansion decisions and location selection;

• Identifying expansion opportunities based on company priorities and strategic goals;

• Acting as the primary contact for incoming property proposals and expansion opportunities; Coordinating potential projects and assessing their legal, financial and technical feasibility; Performing location, investment and financial feasibility analyses, including ROI, NPV, payback period and risk assessments;

• Leading negotiations and concluding lease, acquisition and other property-related agreements with landlords, developers, investors and municipalities;

• Supporting property acquisition, lease management, portfolio development and project implementation processes;

• Monitoring key financial and operational property KPIs and initiating improvement actions where required;

• Managing lease agreements, renewals, rent reviews, amendments and end-of-term negotiations.

Compensation:

4200-6200 EUR per month before taxes. alary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements. Additionally, we offer an annual performance bonus based on achieved results, as well as a company car and fuel.
