Rimi Baltic is looking for an Expansion Manager to drive the development and optimization of our store network, with a primary focus on Lithuania.

If You have:

• Higher education in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate or a related field;

• At least 3 years of experience in real estate development, expansion or site selection;

• Experience working with municipalities and permitting processes;

• Proven track record of successful negotiations and completed development projects;

• Strong analytical capability and commercial mindset;

• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills;

• Strong project management abilities;

• Understanding of retail industry specifics and real estate development principles;

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities;

• Proficiency in English and one of the Baltic languages;

• Valid Category B driving license.

We will entrust You:

• Executing expansion strategies aligned with company goals and format requirements;

• Monitoring markets, competition, demographics, consumer behavior, and regional development trends;

• Identifying growth opportunities and maintaining expansion area analyses;

• Managing and optimizing the real estate portfolio in line with business objectives;

• Identifying and evaluating potential sites for new stores across different formats;

• Conducting feasibility analyses, sales forecasts and investment assessments;

• Leading end-to-end property negotiations and contract execution with landlords, developers, investors and municipalities;

• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with property owners and business partners;

• Coordinating legal, technical, financial and construction stakeholders during project development;

• Evaluating project financial performance and driving portfolio optimization initiatives.

Compensation:

Salary 3744 - 5616 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements. Additionally, we offer an annual performance bonus based on achieved results, as well as a company car and fuel.
