If You have:

Higher education in Energy Engineering, Technical Maintenance, Building Systems, Engineering or a related technical field;

At least 2 years of experience in energy efficiency, energy management, facility management, technical maintenance or engineering projects;

Strong understanding of HVAC systems and building engineering systems;

Hands on knowledge of refrigeration, electrical and Building Management Systems (BMS) would be considered a strong advantage;

Ability to independently manage projects, budgets and costs;

Strong analytical skills and ability to identify risks and propose effective solutions;

Knowledge of energy systems, building technologies and sustainability practices;

Experience working with energy monitoring, optimization or energy management systems would be considered an advantage;

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

Valid driver's license;

Good command of English and Lithuanian.

We will entrust You:

Managing and optimizing energy performance across existing and newly developed Rimi facilities;

Analyzing energy consumption, resource utilization and operational processes, while defining efficiency standards and improvement initiatives;

Planning and implementing energy-saving measures within HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and other building engineering systems;

Evaluating building technologies and identifying opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce energy costs;

Contributing to the implementation of Rimi's energy efficiency strategy through data-driven recommendations and optimization projects;

Monitoring energy consumption data, identifying underperforming locations and driving corrective actions;

Leading energy efficiency projects from planning through implementation, ensuring timelines, quality and budget compliance;

Supporting ISO 50001 and other energy management standards by maintaining relevant processes and documentation;

Identifying engineering-related issues and coordinating maintenance and improvement activities;

Cooperating with internal stakeholders, suppliers and service providers to ensure efficient operation of Rimi facilities.

Compensation

EUR 3300 - 4500 gross per month. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
