Space Planning Specialist (Temporary position)

If You have:

Higher education (or incomplete) in Economics, Business Management or another related field;

At least 1 year of experience in retail, buying or category management;

Good skills in analytics, planning and time management;

Very good MS Excel skills (experience working with SAP/BW - advantage);

Entrepreneur mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done;

Ability to manage stressful situations and effectively solve problems;

Ability to organize and facilitate working meetings with different stakeholders;

High level of responsibility and ability to meet agreed deadlines;

Fluency in English and Lithuanian language.

We will entrust You:

Own end-to-end planogram creation process from planning to release;

Provide recommendations to Category Managers on assortment placement, shelf allocation and planogram optimization based on category objectives, customer shopping behavior and store constraints;

Create and deliver planograms for assigned categories on time, ensuring alignment with company strategy and category objectives;

Proactively drive collaboration through initiating needed touchpoints with Category Managers, Formats and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress;

Plan product placement in the Rimi Space Management system by collaborating with Category Managers to define and implement planogram guidelines;

Support implementation of the planograms in stores by providing the necessary communication and required planogram data to the stores;

Control actual planogram implementation by visiting stores and providing feedback to stakeholders.
Compensation: 2200-2700 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements. Additional payments and bonuses according to company’s policy.
