If you have:

Preferably higher education;

Interest in operational work;

Interest in systems;

Proficiency in MS Office (preferably advanced in MS Excel);

Lithuanian language and good written/oral communication skills in English;

Good communication, collaboration and presentation skills;

Analytical thinking;

Strong attention to details and follow up skills;

Previous experience in work with Kronos (UKG Pro) or any other scheduling/ workforce planning system is an advantage.

We will entrust you to:

Provide Kronos (UKG Pro) support and training for end-users;

Be responsible for providing staff scheduling procedures and guidelines for store management team;

Create and update Kronos (UKG Pro) instructions;

Identify possible improvements in the store planning process through close collaboration with regional and store managers;

Monitor all information regarding scheduling process changes;

Create necessary reports for store and regional managers;

Participate in Kronos (UKG Pro) solution development and testing.

Compensation:

Salary 1800 - 2200 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
