What will you do:

• Handle Access System- and Process-related incidents and requests

• Maintain Access Management System and Database according to internal policies

• Monitor system performance for proper provisioning, maintenance and revocation of access

• Keep access records accurate and audit-ready

• Perform periodic access reviews and support audits

• Contribute to improvements and testing of the access management process tool

• Tightly collaborate with IT and HR departments

You are the perfect candidate if:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

• 2+ years of experience in IT access management area preferred

• Knowledge of access control principles and best practices

• Experience with ServiceNow is a plus

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Attention to detail and organizational ability

• Familiarity with IT security standards and ticketing systems

• Fluent in Lithuanian and English (both written and spoken)

Compensation:

Salary: 2400–2900 EUR gross per month, depending on candidate’s experience, competencies, and skills. Additional bonuses and benefits according to company policy.
