If you have:

• Higher education in Economics, Business Management or another related field

• At least 2 years of experience in retail, promotion planning, buying or category management

• Good skills in negotiations, analytics, planning and time-management

• Ability to work independently, very good communication and interpersonal skills

• Active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done

• Ability to manage stressful situations and effectively solve problems

• Very good MS Excel skills (experience working with SAP/BW - advantage).

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian

• Plan and execute promotions in assigned categories

• Contribute to category management plan and promotion strategy

• Analyze the performance of promotions against the set target

• Negotiate with suppliers within assigned categories

• Manage marketing service income according to the target 

• Keep up with the latest market trends in consumer preferences for the assigned categories

• Proactively identify improvement possibilities within your area of responsibility
