If you have:

• Higher education in food technology, chemistry, biology, quality management, or related field

• Experience in food production or quality assessment considered an advantage

• Knowledge of HACCP, food safety legislation and quality management systems

• Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (English is required for cooperation with Baltic colleagues, suppliers and for working with systems)

• Good computer skills, particularly in MS Office programs

• Strong communication skills, a results-oriented mindset, and the ability to work both in a team and independently

• A category B driver’s license

We will trust you with:

• Ensuring the safety and quality of Private Label products by coordinating product specifications with suppliers and approving labeling texts and designs in accordance with legislation and internal company requirements

• Planning, coordinating, and conducting audits of Private Label suppliers

• Evaluating potential Private Label products and participating in tastings

• Contributing to the development and implementation of internal and laboratory monitoring programs for Private Label products

• Maintaining respective databases for Private Label product support documentation in accordance with approved processes and procedures

• Overseeing product changes and ensuring timely implementation of relevant legislative requirements

• Providing consultations and training to involved parties on quality related topics and requirements

Compensation:

Salary 2100–2550 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
