If you have:

• Previous experience in B2C or B2B sales (experience in media sales & media account management will be considered an advantage)

• Strong relationship building skills and the ability to influence and negotiate with advertisers and agencies

• Solid project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple campaigns and stakeholders at the same time while consistently meeting deadlines

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve defined targets

• Very good Lithuanian and English language skills

We will entrust You:

• Selling Rimi’s retail media solutions to brands and media agencies

• Identifying new revenue opportunities and converting potential clients into long-term partners

• Acting as the main point of contact between the Rimi advertising network, brands, advertisers, and media agencies—both daily and throughout campaigns

• Developing the Rimi advertising platform by recommending, implementing, and testing new solutions
