If You have:

• Higher education (or incomplete) in Economics, Business Management or another related field;

• At least 1 year of experience in retail, buying or category management;

• Good skills in analytics, planning and time-management;

• Very good MS Excel skills (experience working with SAP/BW - advantage);

• Entrepreneur mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done;

• Ability to manage stressful situations and effectively solve problems;

• Highly responsible and punctual personality;

• Ability to work independently;

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian language.

We will entrust You:

• Plan and optimize store shelf product placement;

• Develop optimized planograms according to the company strategy and goals;

• Plan product placement in Rimi Space management system, following the guidelines provided by the category manager;

• Support or implementation of the planograms in stores by ensuring necessary communication and needed planogram data with the stores;

• Providing category managers with recommendations on optimal placement of products in shelves and other factors defining planogram;

• Controlling actual planogram and store layout by visiting stores;

• Participate in planogram creation for new stores, as well as in re-modeling process.
