The Quality Assurance Operations team is looking for a Quality Specialist to work in Lithuania!

If you have:

• Higher education in food sciences or a similar field.
• Experience in food industry, quality assurance, or retail (preferred).
• Good knowledge of HACCP principles and food legislation.
• Knowledge of quality auditing, quality conformity assessment techniques, process improvement principles (preferred).
• Good communication skills, ability to collaborate and build trusting professional relationships.
• Analytical skills, ability to set priorities, make decisions independently.
• Perfectly fluent Lithuanian language, good English, ability to work in an international team.
• Category B driver's license, ability to travel and visit Rimi stores.

We will entrust you:

• Ensure safe, transparent and traceable goods handling in stores, in-store production and e-commerce.
• Develop, maintain and improve quality processes, procedures, guidelines, as well as train and consult store employees and other involved teams.
• Conduct quality audits in stores, identifying opportunities for improvement and promoting compliance with established standards.
• Monitor state inspections in stores and requested actions, initiate the necessary systemic corrective actions.
• Ensure a laboratory monitoring program in stores and regular data analysis.
• Collaborate with state supervisory authorities, provide answers to the requests within area of responsibility.

Compensation:

• Salary 2000 – 2500 Eur per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
