If You have:

• University degree in Communications or Marketing related area.

• Excellent planning, organization, stakeholder management and networking skills.

• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing an employee communication strategy.

• Ability to transform strategy and messages into audience-targeted communication in the right channel.

• Ability to work in a quickly changing environment, innovate and find creative solutions.

• Ability to write and present content in different ways to suit different audiences.

• A good understanding of digital communication channels suitable for internal communication.

• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

We will entrust You:

• Plan and deliver engaging internal communication activities to strengthen internal brand of Rimi.

• Create and coordinate internal communication content – messages, presentation material, other texts and speeches.

• Develop and maintain internal communication channels.

• Project management for employee events.

• Develop and implement internal communications and organisation culture rules and guidelines.

• Set up and lead internal communications strategy and standards.

• Analyse and prepare reports of effectiveness and usage for internal channels and events.

Compensation:

• Salary 2800 - 3600 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.

• Mobile phone and fully funded telecommunications services.

• Additional health insurance (after 3 months).

• Additional payments/gifts in different occasions (childbirth, work anniversaries, graduations etc.).
