If you have: 

• Higher education in Economics, Business Management or another related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in retail, promotion planning, buying or category management.
• Good skills in negotiations, analytics, planning and time-management.
• Ability to work independently, very good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done.
• Ability to manage stressful situations and effectively solve problems.
• Very good MS Excel skills (experience working with SAP/BW - advantage). 
• Fluency in English and Lithuanian.

We will entrust you to: 

• Plan and execute promotions in assigned categories.
• Contribute to category management plan and promotion strategy.
• Analyze the performance of promotions against the set target.
• Negotiate with suppliers within assigned categories. 
• Manage marketing service income according to the target. 
• Keep up with the latest market trends in consumer preferences for the assigned categories.
• Proactively identify improvement possibilities within your area of responsibility.
