We are looking for a proactive and creative Public Relations and Corporate Responsibility Manager in Lithuania to take an important role in shaping the company’s image and communication strategy. In this role, you’ll manage media relations, drive external communications, and support reputation-building initiatives across local and Baltic markets.

If You have:

• University degree (Communication, Marketing, Journalism or related area).
• At least 5 years of experience in public relations area (experience in food industry or retail – advantage).
• Excellent in writing and editing texts, articles and messages.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including communication in TV.
• Passion with sustainability.
• Social media experience.
• A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and thinks creatively.
• Solid organizational, planning, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with budget planning and execution.
• Fluency in English and perfect Lithuanian language skills.

We will entrust You:

• Protect and strengthen „Rimi’’ reputation through strategic communication activities.
• Develop and implement public relations (PR) and corporate responsibility (CR) strategies that support business goals.
• Manage both proactive and reactive media relations (draft press releases, prepare statements, coordinate media responses, and organize press events).
• Build strong relationships with media, local communities, and other key stakeholders.
• Organize sponsorship projects, events, and content initiatives in line with local and Baltic strategies
• Ensure aligned internal and external communication in close cooperation with local and Baltic teams.
• Advise on communication for marketing activities to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Support company spokespersons and manage public appearances and statements.
• Collaborate with external service providers to deliver high-quality communication outputs.
• Oversee PR-related budgets and ensure cost-effective planning.

Compensation:

• Salary 3300-4400 EUR per month before taxes. Salary will depend on assessment of candidate’s competencies, experience and skills relevant to job requirements.
