If You have: 

• University degree in business, marketing, communications or related field;
• 2+ years of experience in e-commerce marketing;
• Experience with e-mail marketing, SMS and push notification usage and automations;
• Advanced knowledge of social media platforms and algorithms for ecommerce sales;
• Experience with website content development and CMS platforms;
• Ability to coordinate activities and communication between multiple parties;
• Basic understanding of SEO, Google Analytics and agency background would be an advantage;
• Punctuality and attention to details;
• Flexibility and effective communication skills;
• Excellent writing & editorial skills in Lithuanian, good English language skills (written and spoken).

We will entrust You:  

• Daily e-commerce and digital content creation and advertising for Rimi's e-store in digital platforms such as the website, social media channels, app, and CRM channels together with other Rimi teams, influencers and agencies;
• Making also part of the content from stores (like openings, novelties, finds, top sellers etc.);
• Create and manage usage of influencers, content partners, blogs etc.;
• Cooperating with the marketing, commercial, designer teams and agencies in the development and execution of e-commerce marketing plans and deliver sales and growth targets;
• Monitoring and measuring the effectiveness of e-commerce, marketing activities and making necessary adjustments to optimize results;
• Other position-specific tasks.
